Dear Parents,
ESMS will be having a garage sale on Saturday October 17, 2009 from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. The purpose of the sale is to raise funds for equipment and supplies for variousareas in the school.
Donations such as household items, furniture, and clothing are greatly appreciated. Small donations may be dropped off Thursday October 15 between 9:00 am – 3:30 pm, and Friday October 16 between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. If you have any questions please feel free to contact Mrs. Sheila Stark-Perreault at the school 785-2036 ext. 215.
Any volunteers who can assist on Friday beginning at 2:30 to help organize/ price or if you are available on Saturday with the sale please sign below and return to the school ASAP.

Human Ecology Teacher
Human Ecology is a course that provides a range of experiences that can be applied to everyday living and future life choices. It offers concepts that are background to grade 10-12 human ecology courses. The year is divided into three components: Clothing, Housing and Design (40%), Foods and Nutrition (40%), and Family studies (20%). Each section has a theoretical and practical componment. Students learn and are evaluated using a variety of techniques. These include: computer search engines for research, web quests and virtual tours, group work, individual assignments and projects.
